It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Trading carries a risk of loss, including the loss of your whole account. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Make your own decisions or speak to a licensed adviser.
Calculators and simulators
The calculators show what your inputs imply under the stated formulas. Simulators use random sampling, so results vary between runs and cannot predict real outcomes. Real trading adds slippage, commissions, gaps, platform limits and human error that the tools do not model. You are responsible for checking any number before you act on it.
Indicators on TradingView
The indicators are published and delivered by TradingView, not by this site. Using them is also subject to TradingView's own terms, House Rules and script access rules. Free indicators are open source under the licence shown on each script page. Premium indicators are invite-only: message me on TradingView chat to request a 7-day free trial, which I grant manually to your TradingView account. Any future pricing may change.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. I try to keep content accurate and the tools correct, but I do not guarantee that they are error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, arising from use of, or reliance on, the site, the tools, the indicators or the guides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Please do not scrape the site at a rate that harms it, attack it, or present its content as your own. The text, design and calculator code on this site are protected by copyright. You may link to any page and quote short extracts with credit and a link. TradingView is a trademark of TradingView, Inc. This site is not affiliated with TradingView.
Links to other sites
The site links to TradingView and other services. I do not control them and I am not responsible for their content or practices.
